About Us

Tim McConnell Photography was established in 1984 and serves central Iowa in the photography services of school pictures, league and school sports, dance studios, and high school and college graduations. We photograph events at the state level for dance, cheer, and American Legion Boys and Girls State through “Event Imaging by Tim McConnell”. We photograph events that demand a staff of more than 20 employees with capabilities to handle and upload 30,000 images in a 2-day period. We are able to cover multiple events in a single day with the availability of our staff of 11 photographers, 3 graphic designers, 3 customer service representatives, and multiple on-call production employees.

Today all of the events we photograph, including schools, sports and special events are previewed online in our cutting edge view first imaging technology. Besides the online ordering we provide paper order forms mailed to the home and phone ordering options.
